Had a decent stay! The hotel is in a prime location, super easy access to key areas. The spacious room was a plus, especially with the cozy kitchen that made it feel like home. The rooftop restaurant had an amazing view, and the gym was well-equipped for my workouts - just what I needed during my business trip!
But, wow, there were some letdowns too! The staff were friendly, but I dealt with a few maintenance issues in my room that were pretty annoying—missing towels and weak water pressure. Breakfast was a bit of a mess, items ran out, and replenishing took forever. not quite the five-star vibe they’re aiming for!

They gave me new-fashioned and outstanding room with a kitchenette. A microwave oven, a dishwasher, and coffee & tea makers worked well. The hotel's location was central, on a Ministry of Health assignment.

The value for money was excellent, especially considering the spacious room and fine views. The staff was attentive and friendly, making my stay feel cute and enjoyable.
The breakfast experience could be improved with more variety, like including yogurt and muesli options.

A Very Pleasant Surprise in Riyadh!
I recently accompanied my husband on a business trip to Riyadh, where he was booked into Fraser Suites by his director. It was my first visit to the city, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the great service and the hotel's modern design. Even my husband, who frequently travels to the Middle East, was impressed by the excellent staff and the pristine condition of the hotel. One of the highlights of our stay was the lavish breakfast in the dining room, which boasted a amazing view of the city skyline. We had a wonderful conversation with the Director of Sales, who sat at a nearby table. His bubbly personality and insights about the region added a personal touch to our experience. we highly recommend Fraser Suites for its excellent service and good amenities!
Receptionists were quite inflexible.
